The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can turn pixels into poetry and raw footage into Harry Potter movies. You’ll be designing, cutting, syncing, animating, and basically making things look way cooler than they sound on paper.

What You’ll Do (aka your superpowers in action)

- Create eye-catching designs for socials, campaigns, websites & more.
- Cook up creative videos that align with brand goals
- Team up with creative crew and design graphics and layouts that pop.
- Edit, cut, remix, and finesse videos that make people stop scrolling.
- Keep everything brand-consistent so our clients look sharp, always.
- Experiment with AI tools to level up your design + editing game.
- Bring fresh energy to brainstorms (bonus points for crazy ideas that actually work).
- Support with slick client presentations that impress.
- Stay plugged into trends (design, video, AI, memes, you get it).
- Polish existing content till it shines brighter than your Figma canvas.
- Tools you’ll flex: Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) + AI platforms.

What We’re Looking For (aka your vibe check)

- Bachelor’s degree preferable (but if your portfolio's amazing, we’re listening).
- With 2+ years of experience
- Onsite warrior, Goa-based (yup, beach calm + work).
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma.
- Solid video editing cuts: Premiere Pro, After Effects, plus some AI tools.
- A portfolio that screams: “I get design, I get video, I get the assignment.”
- Know A to Z of design principles, typography, layouts, and storytelling.
- Communication skills that will make your every collabs fun.
- Obsessed with visuals, trends, innovation, and bringing ideas to life.
- Can juggle multiple projects without losing your cool (or your layer files).
