Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Mocha.js and comfortable testing both desktop and mobile applications.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to sharpen your QA expertise, gain industry experience, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Testing:

● Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or Mocha.js.

● Analyze test execution results and report issues effectively.

● Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Manual Testing:

● Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.

● Identify, document, and track bugs using our bug tracking system.

● Validate resolved issues and ensure stability of existing functionalities.

Test Planning & Documentation:

● Create and maintain detailed, well-structured test plans, cases, and documentation.

● Communicate test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

● Partner with developers, product managers, and other teams to align testing with requirements.

● Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to share QA progress and blockers.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

● Prior experience with manual testing and QA processes.

● Working knowledge of Postman for API testing and automation.

● Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Mocha.js.

● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile testing.

● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

● Familiarity with version control (Git).

● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
