We are looking for an Embedded Software Development C/C++.

You'll make a difference by:

. Leading and mentoring a team of embedded software engineers in design, development, and integration activities.

. Driving protocol development and implementation in Linux-based environments.

. Having Understanding of Architect, designing, and optimizing software modules using C/C++.

. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solutions, and delivery roadmaps.

. Ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

. Conducting code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging.

. Owning technical decisions and provide guidance for problem-solving.

. Coordinating with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.

. Having Strong background in Linux environment, socket programming, and protocol development.

. Experience in embedded systems, real-time applications, or communication protocols like BACnet , KNX

. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

.Proven track record of driving technical topics and leading teams.

. Having Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently with minimal supervision.

. Having Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

You'll win us over by:

. Holding a graduate BE / B.Tech / MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.

. 8/10+ years of professional experience in software development with C/C++ programming in embedded domain.

. Experience in networking protocols, IoT, or industrial communication standards.

.Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

.Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
