Responsibilities: Job summary: We are looking for a Full StackEngineer for a remote based opening in Vietnam/India for one of our reputed clients. This is along term contract role and fully remote. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Operate and optimize existing automation workflows and backend services (C#, PowerShell, Python). - Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerts, and dashboards to reduce operational noise. - Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes. - Support environment expansion and automation initiatives. - Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation; meet defined incident SLAs. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 - 5+ years in automation engineering or backend/cloud operations. - Strong programming skills in C#, PowerShell, Python; CS fundamentals including multi-threading, async programming, distributed systems. - Experience with CI/CD, source control, test automation, and distributed systems. - Proven incident response and monitoring optimization experience. - Fluent English communication for cross-team coordination. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience improving service reliability and operational KPIs. - Familiarity with compliance, security, and audit-readiness practices. - Working knowledge of diagnostic/query languages (e.g., KQL).
