TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment We are seeking a swimming instructor who can teach swimming focusing on water safety technique and building confidence while ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver effective swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate and teach proper swimming techniques and strokes Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their skills Ensure a safe and positive learning environment Maintain a safe pool environment by enforcing rules and procedures Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety of all swimmers Be prepared to provide first aid and CPR in case of emergencies Communicate effectively with students and parents about progress and concerns Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress Prepare and organize lesson plans Maintain pool equipment and report any issues Attend staff meetings and trainings Follow all policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and abilities Patience empathy and a positive attitude Knowledge of water safety and first aid Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and procedures Job Type Part-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
