Job Description

Team Leadership:

- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.

- Offer guidance and support to team members, establish clear performance objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Brand Campaigns:

- Design and execute brand campaigns that align with Pizza Hut's strategic goals and appeal to pizza enthusiasts of all ages.

- Oversee the creative process, including the creation of advertising materials, digital content, and promotions to boost brand awareness and engagement.

- Track campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI and brand visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Franchise Development to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

- Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership, presenting marketing plans and insights to support decision-making.

Innovations Leadership:

- Lead the innovation strategy by identifying emerging food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to create new menu items, promotions, and service enhancements.

- Collaborate with teams across Culinary, Product Development, and Operations to implement innovative ideas in the menu and customer experience.

- Assess and prioritize innovation projects based on their potential impact on sales and customer satisfaction.

Consumer Insights:

- Drive consumer research to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target audience's preferences, behaviors, and expectations.

- Analyze consumer data and market trends to uncover opportunities and threats, offering actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Work with the marketing team to develop customer personas and refine messaging and product positioning.

The Successful Applicant

- Leverage strategic thinking to align marketing initiatives with overall organizational goals.

- Effectively manage stakeholders by collaborating with departments like Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Franchise Development.

- Build and maintain professional relationships within the marketing industry to foster valuable partnerships and gain insights.

- Harness creativity to design unique and impactful marketing campaigns that capture attention.
