We’re looking for an experienced

API / Backend Tools Designer

with a strong background in solution architecture and backend systems to help us design scalable, reliable, and business-aligned APIs. If you’ve spent years shaping technical products and want to build tools that power entire business processes, this is for you.

Role Overview
As an API / Backend Tools Designer, you’ll be responsible for

translating business processes into structured backend API schemas . Your work will ensure that our systems accurately represent business capabilities and support all identified intents, bridging the gap between process modeling and technical execution.

What You’ll Do
Design

API schemas

that reflect business requirements and operational workflows.
Translate modeled business processes into

structured backend tools .
Ensure backend APIs accurately represent

system capabilities

across functions.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product teams to align technical designs with business goals.
Anticipate and address edge cases to ensure

scalability, consistency, and reliability .

What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years

of experience as a

Solution Architect, API Designer, or Technical Product Owner

with backend expertise.
Proven track record in

API schema design and backend tool architecture .
Strong knowledge of

backend systems, data flows, and integration patterns .
Ability to translate complex business requirements into

clear, structured API specifications .
Excellent communication and documentation skills to align cross-functional teams.
