Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Leader to build and lead our employer brand strategy for Blackbaud's Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role will be instrumental in shaping our identity as an employer of choice, bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life, and driving engagement across internal and external platforms. As the brand leader for Blackbaud India, you will be the steward of our brand identity in the region. What You'll Do Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with Blackbaud's global vision, brand guidelines and local market and cultural dynamics. - Partner with cross-functional departments including but not limited to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Global Brand & Corporate Marketing to ensure synergy in messaging and execution. - Lead the creation of a localized EVP that resonates with talent in India, aligned with Blackbaud's global EVP. - Adapt and implement Blackbaud's existing global brand guidelines for the Indian market, bringing to life Blackbaud's global brand with consistency where appropriate and culturally contextualized where appropriate - Ensure brand coherence across all internal and external communications. - Lead brand storytelling efforts for the Indian audience across social media, PR, and community engagement. - Support internal communications to foster brand culture and employee engagement. Campaigns & Content - Develop and launch high-impact employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and physical channels that elevate Blackbaud's visibility and perception in the Inidan market to drive applications, increase offer conversion rate, and grow employee pride - Create compelling written content including employee stories, career site assets, and social media posts; using templates, create video and visual content; partner with the creative team to ensure all content is on-brand and visually compelling. - Support internal employee engagement campaigns with storytelling and branded communications. - Oversee regional creative assets including digital, print, video, and event materials. Digital Presence & Advocacy - Manage and grow Blackbaud India's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox. - Establish and scale an employee advocacy program to encourage storytelling and sharing on personal and professional channels. Events & Campus Branding - Support branding efforts for talent acquisition events, job fairs, university programs, and industry forums. - Collaborate with TA and HR to develop campus branding assets and experiences. Analytics & Reporting - Track and report on key KPIs including: - Growth in employer brand visibility and engagement - Volume and impact of campaigns - Quality of talent applications from target geographies - Employee engagement in advocacy programs - Candidate perception scores from hiring manager and HR feedback - Recognition or awards for employer branding excellence What You'll Bring - 8+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in a tech or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment. Experience in a global company is a must. - Proven track record of building and executing employer branding strategies. - Strong storytelling, content creation, and campaign management skills. - Experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and branding technologies. - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with Indian talent market dynamics and cultural nuances. - Experience working with external branding partners or agencies. - Exposure to CSR or employee engagement initiatives.
