Job Description Job Title: Technical Architect - Node.JS Department Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time & Work-from-Office About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Technical Architect (NodeJS) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Node.js and React.js, as well as familiarity with or hands-on experience in Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple engineering teams, nurturing product development, and driving engineering excellence. A background in the product domain is preferred, and experience in the SaaS industry is a strong plus. Candidates who may not have formal development and management experience but possess strong technical expertise and team collaboration skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - - Lead and mentor 20 cross-functional engineering people to deliver high-quality software products. - - Take ownership of product architecture and guide teams in making sound technical decisions, especially in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - - Provide technical input and strategic direction across projects involving Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - - Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to align technical efforts with product goals. - - Define and enforce engineering best practices and help build a high-performing, collaborative team culture. - - Identify performance bottlenecks, ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions. - - Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment. - - Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - - 10+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, with a strong track record in technical leadership or team management. - - Proficient in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - - Familiarity or working knowledge of Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - - Strong system design and architecture skills, particularly in micro services and distributed systems. - - Experience leading agile development teams and delivering complex software projects. - - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills. Preferred Qualifications - - Experience in the product development domain is highly preferred. - - Background in the SaaS industry is a strong plus. - - Candidates without formal team management experience but with deep technical acumen and collaborative leadership qualities will also be considered. - - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
