About us We are a highly successful 190-year-old Fortune 500 commercial property insurance company of 6 000 employees with a unique focus on science and risk engineering Businesses worldwide trust our expertise to protect their assets relying on our comprehensive risk assessments and robust engineering-based insurance solutions to safeguard against fire natural disasters and other perils Serving over a quarter of the Fortune 500 and major corporations globally we deliver data-driven strategies that enhance resilience ensure business continuity and empower organizations to thrive FM India is a strategic location for driving our global operational efficiency Our presence in India allows us to leverage the countrys talented workforce and advance our capabilities to serve our clients better We have diverse corporate functions that emphasize research advanced technologies like AI and analytics risk engineering research finance marketing HR etc working together to provide innovative solutions and nurture lasting relationships from co-workers to clients Role Title Insurance Support Specialist II Position Summary This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery support This is the first of two levels within this job family The Insurance Support Specialist I handles various tasks on small to medium-size global accounts with increasing complexity requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures under direct supervision The role contributes to the full lifecycle for processing of new business renewals and mid-term changes Performs various insurance product and service delivery support under supervision and direction in order to ensure timely delivery of quality products to new and existing clients All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individual s within FM licensed territories Supports the WorldReach Partner policy cycle when applicable In addition this position provides good quality customer service for internal and external client needs and adheres to quality and timeliness objectives Job Responsibilities Responsible for the collection review and processing of prospect client locations and values in corporate systems Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions Prepares certificates of insurance and proof of insurance documentation as a result of client and broker requests in accordance with documented terms and conditions territory requirements and company compliance Distributes underlyer policies invoices cancellations and endorsement documentation in accordance with client and corporate instructions for designated territories Facilitates prepares and obtains required approval for generating pool quotes including but not limited to regulatory quotes Follows corporate procedures guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables Skill and Experience 1 to 2 years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions Additional Experience Qualifier optional Preferably within an insurance finance or other regulatory environment Combination of education and work experience will be considered Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications primarily Excel Good Communication skills both oral and written in English Embraces teamwork Team-player with ability to work independently Problem solving abilities Ability to plan organize and prioritize work Attention to detail and proofreading skills Self-motivated Solid math aptitude and analytical skills Time management Flexibility adaptability to change Ability to multi-task Proficiency in English is required Multiple language skills preferred French Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Must Have Skills Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel skills Ability to learn and understand proprietary business systems and workflow tools Strong with problem-solving and analytical skills organization Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Strong math aptitude Strong time management skills ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines Flexibility adaptability to change ability to multi-task executing multiple tasks simultaneously Acts as a trainer mentor user champion and content expert Fluent reading writing communicating in English Prefer additional language skills French Spanish German Portuguese Education and Certifications Work location Bengaluru High School or GED University coursework preferred
