Job Overview:

We are seeking for 6+ years experienced Moodle Developer with a strong background in WordPress and PHP development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Moodle-based applications while integrating them with WordPress and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Moodle based applications to meet business and user requirements.
- Design and develop Moodle plugins, themes, and custom modules.
- Integrate Moodle with WordPress, third-party tools, and APIs to enhance functionality.
- Perform Moodle upgrades, security patches, and performance optimizations.
- Customize and extend WordPress-based websites to support the functionalities.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL code.
- Troubleshoot and debug Moodle and WordPress-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure seamless user experience.
- Implement best practices in Moodle development.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training for internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in Moodle LMS development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Hands-on experience in Moodle plugin development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Moodle database schema, API integrations, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Linux environments, and cloud hosting platforms.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multi-tenancy Moodle environments.
- Knowledge of React, Vue.js, or other front-end frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud hosting for Moodle applications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
