This role focuses on expanding and automating integrations between our CPQ platform, ERP system, and eCommerce catalog to ensure accurate, real-time product information across channels. Responsibilities Job Description In This Role, You Will - Own the product catalog integration strategydefine the roadmap for automation and expansion of integrations across CPQ, ERP, and eCommerce platforms. - Collaborate with global stakeholders including engineering, UX, and operations to align on requirements and deliver impactful solutions. - Translate business needs into technical requirementscreate clear feature specifications, process flows, and integration guidelines for engineering teams. - Evaluate and implement best-in-class technologies to optimize catalog maintenance and improve data accuracy. - Engage frequently (50%) of time with the technical teams; meet the Definition of Ready criteria for planned release, provide feature clarification, validate and accept the feature. - Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between UX, product managers and engineering team. - Demonstrate excelling business acumen, know latest industry trends, and be looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape. - Mentor junior team members and other TPMs who could be part of this program. Qualification/Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) - A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, or - Enterprise architecture OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or - Enterprise architecture OR PhD with 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or enterprise architecture Desired Technical Expertise - Understanding of REST API architecture, data modeling - Experience with Hybris, Apttus or other Ecommerce, CPQ and PIM implementations is preferred - Experience working in Agile engineering environment - Understanding of system integrations and knowledge to participate design reviews. Business Acumen - Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems - Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts - Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends - Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices Leadership - Ability to takes ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members - Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale.
