Job Description

- Focused approach towards person & equipments safety.
- He should be aware about GMP practices.
- Sound knowledge about operation & maintenance, troubleshooting of utility equipments like:-
- Air compressors,
- HVAC system (includes AHUs, Screw Chiller Water cooled, Cooling Towers, Brine chillers)
- Clean room applications, validation.
- Water treatment plant (PSF, ACF, RO Plant, UF, Softener etc).
- Effluent treatment plant.
- Multi-Effect evaporation plant (Operation & Maintenance) and related ancillaries.
- Maintenance of process plant equipments like Glass lined reactors, autoclave, reboilers, mixers and blenders etc.

Good communication skills.

- Person should be focused on energy optimization, open to suggest for energy saving opportunities, sound knowledge about the utility equipment efficiency, specific power consumption, optimization of resources to meet the targets.
- Ability to execute projects related to modification, installation etc.
- Ensure the execution of scheduled maintenance as per the plan.
- Co-ordinate with external vendors related to AMC service execution, and validation of their work as per the good engineering practices.
- Good knowledge about Microsoft office MS-excel, power-point etc.
- Should be in leading and in supportive for preparation of all site related reports, MIS reports.
- Good team player/leader.
- Able to handle KPI base site operations
- Sound knowledge of major shutdown activities of chemical plants, Fabrication work
