Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Creative Designer to join our creative team The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that showcases innovative design skills across multiple media As a Specialist Creative Designer you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing creative designs that align with our brand vision mission values and business objectives You will collaborate with various departments to develop visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience Key Responsibilities Design Conceptualisation Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a variety of media including digital print and social Create visually engaging graphics presentations advertisements and promotional Translate brand and business strategies into compelling visual 2 Collaboration Communication Work closely with the marketing product and sales teams to understand project requirements and Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate 3 Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project Maintain organised files and documentation for all 4 Quality Assurance Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs adhering to brand guidelines and Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy in layout spelling and 5 Innovation Trend Analysis Stay updated with industry trends tools and Experiment with new design techniques and software to continuously improve creative 6 Event Management and Deign Expertise Possess strong abilities to handle own company events with innovative design and creativity to ensure their Have extensive knowledge in exhibition planning and design with a proven track record of generating ideas that are approved on time by directors hod Additionally proficient in developing gift ideas for public relations covering all occasions festivals and visits by clients to own company representatives Qualifications Master or Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field or interior designer with experience of graphic design Minimum 5 To 7 years of experience in a professional design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and other relevant design Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across various Excellent visual written and verbal communication English should be Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Experience with web design UX UI principles and motion graphics is a Skills Creative thinking and innovation Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Excellent time management and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Good knowledge about photography and idea to use
