Job Description Position Overview Job Title: Operations Analyst, NCT Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: NCT Role Description Operations analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate /applicant she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Candidate /applicant should ensure that all queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in Candidate /applicant absence and share best practices with the team. Functional Skills Your skills and experience - Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle of various financial products equity, Fixed Income ,Futures , FX. is a must. - Exposure to Aladdin tool will be a Strong Plus. - Matching trades Futures, Options, Fx & OTC SWAPS (IRS, CDX, TRS etc), Trades. - Understanding of Settlement process within Asset management business. - Understanding of various Recons Cash, Position and Intersystem Experience / Exposure - Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
