Job Description

1. Communication Management

- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
- Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address potential risks proactively.

1. Governance, Quality, and Compliance

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered to across projects.
- Monitor data quality, lineage, and consistency in collaboration with data stewards.
- Drive standardization and best practices in ETL and analytics processes.

1. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

- Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ETL developers, analysts, and vendors.
- Manage relationships with third-party solution providers and consultants.
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and training for project teams.

1. Domain Understanding

- General Insurance or any insurance domain

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong program/project management skills (preferably PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certified).
- Experience withData Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Teradata)andETL Tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage).
- Proficiency inBI & Analytics tools(Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
- Familiarity withCloud Data Platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding ofdata governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 812 years of experience indata engineering, analytics, or ETL programs, with at least 35 years in aprogram/project management role.
- Experience inlarge-scale data platform implementationsandBI reporting projects.

KPIs for Success:

- Timely delivery of data and analytics projects within scope and budget.
- High stakeholder satisfaction with analytics outputs and reporting.
- Improved data quality, consistency, and adoption of BI dashboards.
- Efficient utilization of resources and adherence to data governance standard
