Job Description

- Backend (Python/Node) Developer Intern

(Immediate joiners, 2025 or earliergraduates)**

Location - Work from home initially during Internship. Post PPO Work from office from Indore (Vijaynagar) office

Stipend -INR 10,000 per month (Open to negotiation for deserving candidates)

Internship Duration - 6 months Full-time Internship, Monday - Saturday

(PPO is also available post completion of internship)

Responsibilities

- Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless interaction with frontend and mobile applications.
- Manage and optimize database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for speed and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system uptime and efficiency.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage knowledge sharing.
- Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deployment and scalability.
- Implement secure coding practices to protect systems and data.
- Explore and adopt emerging backend technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good to have professional backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express.js), including JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Proven skills in designing and deploying RESTful APIs.
- **Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Mastery of version control tools, particularly Git**.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
- Preferably someone who has good working knowldege and comfortable with DevOps
- Top-tier problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, suited for a remote team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
