Job Title: Lead Backend Developer (Node.js, Python, Go)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (Fastify), Prisma, PostgreSQL, Python, SQL Server, and Go. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for our cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Implement efficient backend logic using Node.js (with Fastify), Python, and Go.
- Integrate with ORM tools like Prisma for database management.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Node.js with Fastify
- Prisma ORM
- PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Python
- Go (Golang)
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications (Node.js, Python, database administration, etc.).
- Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).
