Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sr. Relationship Manager to handle telephonic sales, build customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in English and Hindi and possess basic computer and internet skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephonic sales and follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Promote products and services effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and campaigns as required.
- Use basic computer and internet tools for communication and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 1 2 years in telephonic sales or customer relationship management.
- Comfortable with English and Hindi communication.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Strong marketing, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and professional.
