About The Role
As a Quality Management System (QMS) professional at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all engineering processes meet predefined standards of quality. You will be instrumental in developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a keen understanding of quality management principles and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
About The Team
You will be joining a dynamic team of engineers and quality professionals dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards across all products. The team fosters a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation. Your colleagues will include experienced QMS specialists, engineers, and project managers who are committed to driving quality excellence within the organization.
You Are Responsible For
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality procedures and policies.
- Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate quality-related training and awareness programs.
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- A degree in engineering or a related field, with experience in quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
