Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing Manager- Foods Location: Rajpura Req ID: R-1166269 Main Job Purpose: Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory. The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE, Quality, Cost, Service & ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager. Key Accountabilities: Deliver al core KPIs of his/her unit including SHE Leading Indicators. Ensure compliance to all established SHE systems Quality DPMU reduction thru focused QIPs, hygiene improvements Productivity meeting OEE Glide path & driving capacity improvements Service Ensure plan compliance and adapt to planner changes. Costs Meeting ManEx Cost targets; Owns RR and works to improve efficiencies in line with lower repair costs by using WCM principles. Wastage Driving technical efficiency reduction Controls Ensuring all Control elements are fully met Innovation / Technology / Process Changes Work with suit to land OTIFQ People Ensure motivated shopfloor work force to deliver best results. Continuous Improvement Lead Kaizen / Continuous improvement mindset in factory through employee engagement. Support factory manager (as a member of the factory leadership team) to execute factory master plan & on key operational decisions. Core team member in LTS discussions. Key SOL's: Bias for Action Building Talent & Teams Accountability & Responsibility - Ownership Essential Professional Skills: Minimum BE/B.Tech in engineering.
