WHO YOU ARE:

- Has proven full time working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design
- Has prior agency experience
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, (Figma, After Effects, or InDesign is a plus)
- Experience designing for social media, digital ads, branding, and marketing campaigns
- A good eye for detail, layout, color, and typographyHas a data-driven mindset and a creative heart
- You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
- Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Design creatives for social media, websites, emailers, digital ads, and offline collaterals
- Understand briefs and turn them into clear, engaging visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs while also pushing creativity
- Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to plan and execute campaigns
- Adapt design styles based on different brand tones, platforms, and audience types
- Manage multiple brands and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
