Internship Summary:

As a Product Management Intern at Rapido, you will get hands-on exposure to building and scaling products that impact millions of rides daily. You will work alongside senior product managers, analysts, and engineers to understand how data-driven decisions shape mobility at scale. This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates passionate about product management, problem solving, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist product managers in defining and documenting product requirements.
- Support in designing and running small-scale experiments, collecting results, and preparing insights.
- Conduct basic data analysis using SQL/Python or Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help track product metrics, maintain dashboards, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product discussions to gain exposure to Agile practices.
- Research user behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide inputs for product decisions.
- Learn and contribute across different phases of the product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in product management and data-driven decision making.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Python or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
