We are looking for a skilled Civil Draughtsman with experience in the real estate sector to develop and prepare precise drawings and layouts for residential commercial and mixed-use real estate projects The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of real estate construction norms and local building regulations Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings for residential and commercial real estate developments Draft layout plans floor plans site development drawings elevation section and infrastructure plans roads drainage water supply etc Collaborate with architects civil engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and updates Ensure drawings comply with local municipal regulations real estate laws and development control norms Assist in preparing submission drawings for government approvals and clearances Coordinate with site engineers to verify design implementation and make necessary on-site modifications Maintain drawing records revisions and documentation for ongoing and completed projects Support quantity surveying and BOQ preparation based on approved drawings Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Civil Draughtsmanship or Civil Engineering 1-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the real estate or construction sector Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with local building bye-laws real estate project lifecycle and approval processes Ability to interpret and prepare municipal submission drawings as per DCR norms Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Working knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools e g Revit SketchUp is a plus Experience with high-rise and gated community layout drawings Understanding of environmental compliance drawings and fire safety layouts Work Environment Office-based with occasional visits to construction sites or municipal offices Fast-paced deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
