Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Lead by example to drive direct enterprise sales efforts in the Karnataka region.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts ensuring high retention and revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and close large corporate business deals as an individual contributor.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Finance, NOC, Support, etc.) to meet enterprise client needs and uphold service standards.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all EB vertical SOPs and submit all required MIS and sales reports timely.
- Business Development: Contribute to business expansion by maintaining and growing relationships with C-level executives in target companies.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Timely submission of MIS and compliance to all SOPs
- High customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Growth in new client acquisition and account expansion

Educational Qualifications

- BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
- MBA in Marketing or relevant specialization

Experience Required

- 68 years of experience in Direct Enterprise/Corporate Sales
- 23 years in a similar Key Account Management role is highly desirable
- Proven experience in ISP/Telco/Carrier relationships and channel partner management
- Experience in managing large, strategic accounts and working with senior stakeholders
