job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead and grow our technology sales team You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing key accounts and promoting our IT products and services The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer needs in the tech space Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT solutions software hardware cloud services etc Lead mentor and manage the IT sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers Collaborate with technical teams to present solutions tailored to client requirements Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to adapt sales strategies Prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and client feedback Participate in technology events trade shows and product demonstrations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 6 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person
