About the Role

We are looking for a Failed Part Analyst to join our team. This role is key in improving product reliability and customer satisfaction by investigating failed components, identifying root causes, and working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate failed parts from production, testing, or field returns.
- Perform root cause analysis .
- Prepare reports on findings, highlight trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams on corrective actions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for process, material, or design improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronic/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in failure analysis, quality control, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or statistical analysis.

Working Conditions

- Full-time role; may require occasional overtime for urgent investigations.
- Work involves both office/lab analysis and shop-floor/manufacturing exposure.
