Position Shopfloor Incharge Experience 2 - 3 Years Salary Budget 3 50 to 4 00 LPA Location Chandarda Ahmedabad Nr Chhatral Transportation NO Qualification Diploma or B E in Mechanical Eng Functional Area Ability to plan and execute production schedules efficiently Good communication and problem-solving skills The Shop Floor In-Charge will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day fabrication and production activities on the shop floor The role involves leading a team involved in SS Stainless Steel and MS Mild Steel structural fabrication ensuring quality productivity safety and timely execution of work orders Mandatory Key Skills Oversee daily shop floor activities related to SS MS structural fabrication Plan allocate and monitor work to ensure targets and quality standards are met Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines tools and materials Monitor progress record daily production reports and update management regularly Strong knowledge of SS MS structural fabrication processes Leadership and team-handling capabilities Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reading and understanding drawings
