Job Description Job Title: Assistant Trade Operations Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute trade settlement activities for Equity and Derivatives segments (NSE and BSE). - Handle billing and reconciliation processes related to client and proprietary trades. - Manage margin reporting including Peak Margin, Intraday Margin, and EOD Margin preferably with ICCL Clearing Corporation. - Oversee MTF (Margin Trading Facility) processes, including margin reconciliation and MTR reporting to the exchange. - Manage RTRMS allocation and related margin workflows for ICCL. - Track and account for exchange expenses and ensure timely submission of the latest reports. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and compliance with exchange regulations. Preferred Qualifications - NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification - NISM-Series-VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management Certification - Experience with TECH EXCEL software will be an added advantage. - Good understanding of clearing corporation processes, especially ICCL. Experience Required Minimum 25 years of experience in trade settlement or post-trade operations within a broking or financial services firm. Skills: sebi regulations,settlement,trade operations
