Strategic purpose of the position: The AI Developer bridges the gap between data science and software engineering, leveraging machine learning and AI to build scalable, production-ready solutions. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using platforms such as Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, ensuring seamless integration with the digital ecosystem. Role: AI Developer Experience: 6-12 Years Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad Required skills: Gen AI Python, SQL, Azure, ETL/ELT, ML Frameworks Job responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. - Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to operationalize ML models into scalable solutions. - Build and optimize data pipelines for AI workloads. - Deploy AI models and ensure their performance, reliability, and scalability. - Develop APIs and integrations to connect AI solutions with business applications. - Implement monitoring and automation to maintain AI solutions in production. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand use cases and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions. - Document methodologies and share best practices across teams. Personal qualifications / competencies: - Proven experience in data engineering, AI solution development, and ML model deployment. - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry plus Copilot Studio - Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and orchestration tools (e.g., ADF, Databricks, Synapse). - Experience with data integration and orchestration in Azure Data Factory and Fabric (or Apache Nifi etc) would be beneficial - Familiarity with API development, microservices, and cloud-based architectures. - Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management. - Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including text and images. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Educational / Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, AI, or a related field. Certifications in cloud AI services, machine learning, or MLOps are advantageous.
