Company OverviewSunlight Group headquartered in Chennai is renowned for manufacturing high-quality UPVC windows and doors As an authorized dealer of VESTAL UPVC PROFILE we excel in providing products like sliding windows fixed windows and more with impeccable service free installation and shipment Our commitment to quality and competitive pricing has seen us rapidly grow since 2013 establishing a strong foothold in the building materials industry Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced DTP Designer for a full-time position at our Chennai location This mid-level role requires expertise in layout design Coral draw and sign board design with a work experience between 4 to 6 years The candidate will play a crucial part in designing marketing materials ensuring alignment with our brand standards and contributing to our team s creativity and innovation Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a DTP Designer with a portfolio showcasing past projects and proficiency in creating engaging layout designs Expert proficiency in Coral draw Mandatory skill with the ability to produce and edit complex graphic designs effortlessly Demonstrated ability in sign board design to effectively create visual concepts that enhance branding and advertising messages Mandatory skill Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator with skills in tools like Illustrator and Photoshop for creating high-quality visual materials Understanding of color theory to choose and use colors that evoke desired responses and ensure brand alignment in projects Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements to surpass client expectations Adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without compromising quality Ability to stay updated with new trends and technologies in design to continually enhance processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions Roles and Responsibilities Develop and design innovative layouts for various marketing and promotional materials while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Create and refine sign board designs that effectively communicate the brands message and attract the target audience s attention Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative projects that align with business objectives and strategies Utilize Coral draw and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality digital and print design content for a range of applications Review and proofread designs for visual and typographical accuracy ensuring the final output is of the highest standard Maintain organized records of all projects and design resources for easy access and future reference Participate actively in brainstorming sessions bringing a fresh perspective to enhance project outcomes Provide guidance to junior designers and assist in their learning and professional development as required
