Role Overview We are looking for a sharp and motivated Content Writing Intern with an interest in both UX writing and marketing content. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to craft content that is clear, engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused. If you enjoy writing that shapes user experience and drives brand growth, this internship is for you. Key Responsibilities1. UX Writing (Product Content) - Assist in writing microcopy for product experiences (buttons, tooltips, onboarding screens, FAQs, notifications, error messages, etc.). - Help simplify complex user flows into clear, human, and intuitive language. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve usability through content. - Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and voice across product touchpoints. 2. Marketing Content Writing - Write content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, emails, ads, and campaign copy. - Support the team in drafting high-conversion messaging aligned with funnel stages (awareness consideration conversion). - Assist in storytelling content such as learner success stories, course highlights, and community updates. - Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and branding consistency. 3. Content Research & Optimization - Conduct topic research, competitor benchmarking, and audience insight gathering. - Support SEO-driven writing by using keywords naturally and effectively. - Help with content repurposing across formats (blog reels posts email snippets). Who You Are - A student / fresher pursuing or recently completed graduation in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields. - Strong writing skills with clarity, structure, and a good sense of storytelling. - Curious about UX writing, product language, and marketing communication. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Basic familiarity with content tools (Google Docs, Grammarly, Notion, Canva) is a plus.
