IT Office Assistant Trainer Location Vastukul Skill Development Center Kurukshetra Ladwa Job Type Full-Time Schedule Fixed Shift About Vastukul Vastukul is a pioneering skill development initiative dedicated to empowering youth from underserved communities by offering practical industry-relevant training We aim to create meaningful livelihood opportunities by combining classroom teaching hands-on exposure and placement support Program Overview The IT Office Assistant Skill Development Program is designed to provide students with essential skills in computer operations office management communication and workplace readiness The course prepares participants to confidently enter administrative and IT-enabled roles across industries Key Responsibilities Training Skill Development Conduct sessions on basic computer skills MS Office typing email writing internet usage Deliver training on office management practices file handling and workplace organization Facilitate soft skills training communication teamwork time management and workplace etiquette Organize mock interviews group discussions and activity-based learning to build confidence Admissions Counseling Mobilize students from nearby communities Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course benefits career pathways and placements Support admission processes including data management and student enrollment Placement Recruitment Support Prepare students for placement through resume development interview practice and grooming sessions Connect with recruiters and coordinate placement drives Track placement data and follow up with students and employers post-placement Center Management Coordination Maintain daily attendance and student records Support trainers and the center team in managing schedules and activities Provide regular updates and reports to the program manager Key Skills Developed in Participants Computer Literacy MS Office Skills Office Management Administration Professional Communication Soft Skills Resume Building Interview Preparation Workplace Etiquette Team Collaboration Eligibility Criteria Minimum Education Graduate in any stream Preference IT Computer Applications or Management Past experience in training or office management preferred Strong communication skills in Hindi and or English Age 21-32 years Willingness to engage with students and communities Job Type Full-time Pay 16 376 17 - 22 264 82 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
