- We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing and design team. In this role, you&aposll be responsible for producing high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and video content. You&aposll collaborate closely with content creators, marketers, and developers to bring brand stories to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, stays current with trends, and has a strong portfolio showcasing both static and dynamic content.

Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities

- Design engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media posts, stories, banners, and paid ad creatives.
- Create short-form video content and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop static and animated creatives for campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, presentations, and emailers.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and channels.
- Support UI/UX teams with web graphics, icons, and interface elements when required.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, platform specifications, and social media best practices.
- Organize and maintain a design asset library and ensure proper file management for all projects.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with social media creatives and short-form videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Ability to create static, animated, and video-based content for different platforms.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of social media platform formats and trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Photography and videography skills are a bonus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in a creative design role.
- Certification in motion graphics, video editing, or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
