About the Role We’re looking for a Content Strategy Intern who lives and breathes internet culture. Someone who understands virality, trends, and can translate our brand story into thumb-stopping content across Instagram, , and beyond. What You’ll Do Assist in conceptualizing, scripting, and planning content for PIL Gaming’s upcoming campaigns (Mystery Box, PIL Clubs, Dil PIL, etc.) Research and identify trends across social media to align with PIL’s tone and brand identity Collaborate with the design and video teams to bring content ideas to life Draft social media calendars, captions, and short-form video scripts Support in brand storytelling across digital touchpoints Track engagement, analyze insights, and help optimize content performance Who You Are You’re active on social media and understand what hooks people Strong written communication and storytelling skills Obsessed with edtech, gaming, kid space, youth culture, or pop culture Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple creative ideas Preferably pursuing or having completed studies in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or Design Perks Work directly with the founders Exposure to real brand campaigns and creator collaborations 3-day in-office culture that values creativity, ownership, and energy
