Job Title HR Generalist Chennai Company Name Santhosh Trading Company Chennai Location Choolai Chennai Experience 1 year Salary 25 000 per month Gender Male or Female Job Summary Santhosh Trading Company is looking for an HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll attendance recruitment and generalist activities The ideal candidate should be organized detail-oriented and able to support both employees and management efficiently Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing salary disbursement and related documentation Handle attendance tracking leave management and employee records Support end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening and onboarding Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files Assist in performance management employee engagement and grievance handling Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and statutory requirements Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations and communication Prepare periodic HR reports using MS Excel and other tools Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 1 year of experience in HR generalist or payroll roles Knowledge of attendance systems payroll software and Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Benefits Competitive salary and stable work environment Exposure to all HR functions and company-level coordination Opportunity to grow within the organization
