Job Title: Senior Technical D365 CE Consultant

Work Mode: Remote

Shift Timing: Australia Shift (4:30 AM 12:30 PM IST)

Engagement: contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical D365 CE Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The role involves solution architecture, technical leadership, integrations with Microsoft and third-party systems, and mentoring junior consultants. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft's roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

- Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Configure out-of-the-box features and develop customizations using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom applications.
- Integrate D365 CE with Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Azure, Business Central, SharePoint, Teams) and third-party systems.

Technical Leadership

- Serve as the technical lead on projects, providing guidance and mentoring junior consultants.
- Drive solution architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Project Delivery

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within project scope.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and technical workshops.

Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing D365 CE implementations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimise performance and usability.
- Stay updated with Microsoft's feature releases, product updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Competencies

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Proficiency in custom development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and security models.
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

Desirable Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience in sectors such as financial services, government, or not-for-profit.
