The Role We’re looking for a senior-level full-stack expert who can own product features end-to-end — from world-class front-end interfaces to highly scalable backend systems. You’ll be a key contributor to architecture, scalability, performance, and engineering best practices across the platform. Our stack includes: 🔹 Frontend React • TypeScript • Vite • TailwindCSS • Radix UI • shadcn/ui • Redux Toolkit •TanStack Table •TanStack Virtual • Framer Motion • ECharts • Amplify •React Router • Lucide Icons • Vite + Vitest 🔹 Backend Node.js • NestJS • ExpressJS • TypeORM • PostgreSQL •Redis • Swagger • Axios • RxJS • Event-Driven Architecture •Azure (Cosmos / Blob / Queue) • REST & GraphQL What You’ll Do - Take end-to-end ownership of full-stack product features - Build beautiful, responsive UIs with React + TypeScript - Architect and develop scalable backend services using ExpressJS / NestJS / Node.js - Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries (PostgreSQL + TypeORM) - Integrate AI-driven insights deeply into dashboards & workflows - Write high-quality, modular, testable code with performance in mind - Drive architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices - Mentor other engineers and support team growth - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/Automation teams What You’ll Bring - 5–10 years of full-time experience in React + Node.js - Exceptional command over JavaScript/TypeScript - Expertise in React ecosystem — state management, routing, performance optimizations - Expertise in backend APIs/services using Node.js (NestJS/ExpressJs) - Strong experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM or equivalent ORM - Deep understanding of REST & GraphQL API patterns - Exposure to event-driven architecture / Redis is a plus - Experience working with large, dynamic datasets and real-time UIs - Strong system design fundamentals (scalability, performance, clean architecture) - Ownership mindset — proactive, curious, and driven to build great products Why You’ll Love Working Here - Build at the intersection of AI + automation with real-world scale - Zero legacy baggage — modern stack + high engineering bar - High autonomy, ownership, and freedom to innovate - Fast-moving team — ship often, learn fast - Flexible work culture and competitive compensation - Work with a team that values quality, creativity, and clean engineering What We’re Looking For - Senior-level engineer - Strong security-first mindset - Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility - Clear communicator who can work closely with developers and leadership - Practical, hands-on engineer — not just theoretical knowledge
