We're hiring our first Fashion Designer at Swayra

Indian wear right now feels stuck. It's either too traditional or too basic.

But what about clothes that are chic, playful, smart casual — perfect for college, brunch, or even the boardroom?

That's exactly what we're building at Swayra → a new-age Indian wear brand blending Indian soul + global silhouettes. Think vibrant kurtas, trendy co-ords, and effortless everyday sets.

And here's the exciting part:

We're literally a one-woman team right now (hi ) looking for a fashion designer who wants to co-create this journey.

Your role?

Not just sketching. Not just designing.

You'll shape the DNA of the brand. From moodboards to fits, from bold prints to comfy silhouettes — your ideas will become Swayra.

We're looking for someone who's:

You've studied fashion design (or taught yourself and built a kickass portfolio).

You scroll Instagram not just to like but to spot trends before they blow up.

You're obsessed with detail — cuts, fits, finishes — the small things that make clothes sing.

You're not afraid to experiment. Bold colors? Quirky prints? Chic pastels? Unusual drapes? Bring it.

You're excited to work in a scrappy startup where you'll shape the brand from the ground up.

You believe fashion should be fun, fearless, and functional.
