- Experience in reporting & analytical tasks

Detailed Job Description

- Design & Development: Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, adhering to ETL principles and middleware strategy/standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers across one or more projects of varying complexity, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Architecture & Design Review: Contribute to middleware enterprise designs, perform functional and non-functional assessments for global implementations, and review dependent program designs.
- Problem-Solving: Provide strong technical problem-solving expertise and support complex issues.
- Support & Coaching: Mentor and support team members, handle issue escalations, validate plans, and manage progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure QA of deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to translate requirements into robust solutions.
