Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactiveHR executive to lead human resources functions, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, implement policies, and act as a strategic partner to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, employee engagement programs, and talent development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Drive initiatives for a positive work culture and employee retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDHRM preferred).
- 510 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office.
