Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Enterprise Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of .NET Core, Microservices, Cloud (Azure/AWS), and Enterprise Architecture principles, along with a strong understanding of insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop enterprise-grade architectures using the .NET technology stack.
- Define and implement architectural best practices, standards, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with insurance industry needs.
- Lead the migration of legacy applications to modern cloud-based architectures.
- Guide development teams in building scalable microservices-based applications.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance across all enterprise solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and tools for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
- Partner with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, insurance trends, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 13+ years of experience in enterprise software development & architecture.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and related services.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
- Experience in event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Expertise in security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SAML, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Insurance industry experience (Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Reinsurance, etc.).
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Architect.
- Experience with legacy modernization (Mainframe, AS400) into .NET & Cloud.
