Clarity on acceptance criteria. - Agile expertise, communication, SFDC knowledge - Agile Tools & Processes: Experience with Jira/Rally - How do you ensure process adherence in distributed teams? - Communication & Confidence: - Handling Scrum team conflicts - Influencing stakeholders without authority - SFDC Knowledge: Experience with SFDC in Agile delivery - Integrating SFDC workflows - Ability to perform code and estimation reviews
