Job Title HR Manager Location Kolkata Industry Medical Equipment ManufacturingAbout the Company We are a fast-growing Medical Equipment Manufacturer known for delivering high-quality innovative healthcare solutions With over 65 employees and a strong market presence we pride ourselves on continuous growth cutting-edge technology and a commitment to improving patient care across India Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3 years of relevant experience and an MBA in HR or equivalent qualification to lead our HR operations This role reports directly to the Managing Director MD and plays a crucial role in supporting our expanding workforce The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Recruitment Vendor Management Payroll Management Compliance and must have hands-on experience with HRONE software Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including workforce planning sourcing interviewing selection and onboarding Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors agencies and service providers Oversee payroll management to ensure timely accurate processing and statutory deductions Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and internal HR policies Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation using HRONE software Generate HR reports analytics and insights to support business decisions Address employee relations issues promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals Requirements MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors Strong understanding of recruitment payroll compliance and vendor management Mandatory experience using HRONE software Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Strong sense of confidentiality integrity and professionalism Team Reporting Reports directly to the Managing Director MD Supports a current team of 65 employees What We Offer Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company in the healthcare manufacturing sector Direct leadership exposure with the MD and senior management A collaborative innovation-driven work culture Professional growth and career advancement opportunities
