Join a Global Leader in Pump Manufacturing - Shape Our Casting Supply Chain We're looking for a hands-on Procurement Engineer - Casting Specialist to join our growing global team. Based in the Kolhapur or Belgaum region, you'll play a critical role in sourcing and managing casted components for our manufacturing hubs in Dubai and Australia What you'll do: - Identify and develop qualified foundry suppliers for casted pump components - Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality and capacity standards - Negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining supplier relationships - Collaborate with engineering to understand technical specifications and ensure alignment - Track supplier performance, lead times, and production readiness - Resolve quality issues in coordination with QA/SQA teams and drive improvement plans - Contribute to sourcing strategies in line with global procurement objective What you'll need: - A mechanical or metallurgical engineering degree - Experience with casting procurement or foundry operations - Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
