Role SummaryAs a CSR Project Manager you will play a crucial role in advancing the foundation s mission to bring about sustainable change in communities This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social development education reform and innovative approaches to community engagement The role involves collaborating with stakeholders managing projects and contributing to the foundation s strategic objectives Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development Management - Design implement and manage projects and programs focused on education career development and community sustainability - Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of the Foundation s core objectives - Monitor and evaluate the impact of ongoing programs to ensure alignment with UpendUp s mission - Corporate Communications and CSR Program Designing Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies corporate CSR committees community leaders and educational institutions - Lead discussions and collaborations for CSR initiatives ensuring they meet legal standards and social impact objectives Community-Based Engagement CBE - Facilitate community workshops training sessions and peer-to-peer education programs - Drive the expansion of the UpendUp Club and its various initiatives e g Upend Talks mental health counselling public speaking Research Innovation - Conduct research on next-generation technologies AI IoT sustainability and their potential integration into UpendUp s initiatives - Contribute to the development of UpendUp Foundation Social Responsibility UFSR guidelines and the creation of industry-leading educational tools Fundraising CSR - Support fundraising efforts by developing project proposals for CSR partnerships - Collaborate on CSR certifications and maintain compliance with relevant regulations Skills QualificationsEducation - Bachelor s degree in social work Education Development Studies or a related field A master s degree is preferred Experience - 3-5 years of experience in program project management preferably in a nonprofit or educational context - Strong background in community development and engagement - Experience with CSR initiatives fundraising or partnerships with corporate entities and government bodies Key Skills - Excellent communication presentation and leadership abilities - Strong project management skills with a focus on outcomes and impact - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse teams - Familiarity with social responsibility regulations education reform and next-gen technologies ref updazz com
