Company Overview At Motorola Solutions we believe that everything starts with our people We re a global close-knit community united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere Our critical communications video security and command center technologies support public safety agencies and enterprises alike enabling the coordination that s critical for safer communities safer schools safer hospitals and safer businesses Connect with a career that matters and help us build a safer future Department Overview Our IT organization has a critical role in driving extraordinary business results Through a strong partnership with other areas of our business we bring innovative thinking to every conversation and deliver with integrity We re looking for people who bring great ideas and who make our partners ideas better Intellectually curious advisors not order takers who focus on outcomes to creatively solve business problems People who not only embrace change but who accelerate it As a Business Systems Analyst you bridge the gap between business users and technical teams driving innovative solutions for Order Management We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Order Management team You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our order management processes Basic Requirements Responsibilities Partner with Order Management stakeholders to understand their needs identify pain points and document detailed requirements Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance order management including On-prem Oracle EBS and or Oracle Fusion cloud Leverage your expertise in Oracle EBS applications and other technologies to work with developers to design develop and implement solutions that meet business needs Work collaboratively with both business and IT partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time within budget and meet agreed-upon requirements Proactively manage conflicting priorities and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field 8 years of proven experience working with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications with a strong emphasis on Order Management modules Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations and best practices Proven experience in PL SQL development including troubleshooting and optimization Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a geographically dispersed environment Experience working with Production Support team to analyze issues and come up with efficient fix quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to articulate technical information clearly to both business and technical audiences Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using technology Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements Experience with Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle EBS is an added advantage Exposure to emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation RPA Chatbots and AI ML is a plus Travel Requirements None Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan Yes EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion or belief sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability veteran status or any other legally-protected characteristic We are proud of our people-first and community-focused culture empowering every Motorolan to be their most authentic self and to do their best work to deliver on the promise of a safer world If you d like to join our team but feel that you don t quite meet all of the preferred skills we d still love to hear why you think you d be a great addition to our team
