Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across our organization. The TPM will serve as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and business leadership to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires both strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of IT systems, software, and technical workflows. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Manage resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. - Technical Coordination - Work closely with engineers, developers, and IT specialists to translate business requirements into technical tasks. - Understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; propose and implement mitigation strategies. - Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Provide regular updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to leadership. - Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project reviews. - Process & Quality Management - Ensure projects align with company objectives, compliance standards, and best practices. - Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as applicable). - Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, documentation, and reporting. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Experience: 3–5+ years of experience managing technical or IT-related projects. - Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent. - Technical Skills: - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com). - Soft Skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Skilled at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
