About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Webinar Promotion Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and promotion of high-impact webinars. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance-driven marketing execution to maximize registrations and attendance. You will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning internal teams, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery of virtual events. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage end-to-end webinar projects from concept to post-event reporting - Create and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social media, and paid channels - Coordinate with internal marketing, design, sales, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution - Build and manage event timelines, workflows, and project trackers - Drive audience acquisition, registrations, and live attendance metrics - Manage webinar platforms, landing pages, and registration workflows - Handle speaker coordination, rehearsals, and event-day logistics - Track campaign performance and optimize promotion strategies for higher ROI - Prepare post-webinar analytics reports including attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in webinar marketing, event management, digital marketing, or project management - Proven experience in managing virtual events and promotions - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, or similar tools - Hands-on experience with email marketing, promotions, and marketing automation tools - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Why Join Us - Opportunity to lead high-impact digital events and brand visibility initiatives - Work with cross-functional, high-performing teams - Clear growth pathways and leadership opportunities
