Role Overview Kinder Spring, a specialized care initiative for children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Pune center. The candidate will conduct psychological assessments, therapy sessions, parent counseling, and contribute to interdisciplinary care teamswhile also supporting Kinder Spring's research and program delivery efforts through medical writing and workshop development. Kinder Spring is a joint initiative of Aulixo Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Baynine Ventures LLP. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessments & Therapy Conduct detailed psychological and diagnostic assessments for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns, using tools such as VSMS, ISAA, CARS etc and other standardized measures. Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioural Interventions, and Social Skills Training. Design and implement structured, customized intervention plans aligned with Kinder Spring's established therapeutic protocols. Maintain accurate case records and therapy progress reports in line with clinical documentation and ethical standards. Clinical Research & Medical Writing Support Kinder Spring's clinical research initiatives through meticulous case documentation aligned with structured research protocols. Assist in the design, data collection, and analysis of observational studies, therapy outcomes, and other research projects related to neurodevelopmental disorders. Develop case studies, therapy outcome reports, and internal knowledge documents to drive evidence-based practice and continuous program refinement. Draft and review clinical summaries, patient education materials, and scientific articlesensuring they meet Kinder Spring's standards for clinical accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality. Collaborate with R&D teams, clinicians, and medical writers for publication in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and internal research reports. Family Engagement, Collaboration & Program Development Conduct structured parent counseling sessions focused on child development milestones, therapy goals, and behavioural strategies, while providing emotional support to families navigating developmental challenges. Foster trust and open communication with caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in their child's therapeutic journey. Collaborate closely with pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals to co-create individualized and interdisciplinary care plans. Design, conduct, and continuously enhance parentchild workshop programs on behaviour, development, and caregiving strategies that align with Kinder Spring's holistic care approach. Lead training and capacity-building programs for internal therapy teams and support staff to ensure high-quality, consistent workshop delivery. Gather and integrate feedback from caregivers and team members to refine workshop modules and enhance participant engagement and outcomes. Preferred Qualities RCI registration in Clinical Psychology is mandatory, with a solid foundation in child and developmental psychology. Strong clinical documentation abilities and familiarity with research-oriented or outcome-driven practice environments. Experience or interest in clinical research, data collection, and medical writing, with the ability to translate clinical observations into structured documentation or scientific content. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with pediatricians, therapists, educators, and support teams to execute integrated care plans.
